So, needless to say, I am 100% in the dark too. Was loving the attention to detail on this build, although, it make me feel like a hack!Originally posted by sman View PostIm in the dark too, dont feel bad, lol

Kolin is fine, his family is fine. Speed bump is nothing more than that. Project is still moving forward... Check back for updates soon!
Well I was also using the speed bump as an excuse for not posting anything recently but there goes that idea! Thanks pal....lol
As a result of the speed bump, some of the greater detail I'd like to put in will have to be done later down the road.... oh well :/
I would also like to thank everyone for sharing their concerns as well as support for this project, we have a great community here and I truly appreciate it!Last edited by DRYSUMP; March 26th, 2013, 10:55 AM.

Kolin....I have your stuff minus that one piece....trust me, it'll be fine with the redirect and look equally as cool. What's his face has the other thing and will be glad to put a touch or two on it if needed. I'll get to work on my end and should have them back to you shortly.
How's that for progress everyone?!?!?!

Alright alright alright... I think it is about damn time I share what I've been working on for the last two months with only posting teaser pics. If you figured it out from the teaser pics, I wish I could give you a prize but I don't have one for ya but thanks for not spilling ye old beans.. Anyway time to let some pictures do the talking!
Lets start at the beginning...

Side note I want to mention real quick.... That intake is not the final intake and color, it is our dyno testing intake, mine is awaiting paint. Now for more in-process pictures of my intake
All done priming and sanding just waiting for the color ...
So I suppose you, my pals, my buds, the people of mifbody, might want to see a dyno vid or some numbers or something of that matter right???? Well too bad. Sorry, everyone here gets to share a little bit of my suffering. I plan to run next week but for right now she is all hooked up and just waiting for the button to be pushed! And let me tell you how much its killing me! Either way next week I should be getting it running (fingers crossed), grab a video and post numbers. However until then I suppose I can post what is actually in that engine looking thingy...
Well what I built, along with some other very talented individuals with amazing experience here at Katech is as follows... Presenting...
The Katech Street Attack LS7... With a few extra custom add-ons
LS7 aluminum block with billet main caps and 4.135" bore
ARP Main studs
ARP Head studs
ATI Damper
Callies crank with 4.000" stroke
Compstar 6.125" connecting rods
Mahle pistons CR 12:1
Katech piston squirters
GM Stage 3 camshaft 233 276 .630 .630 107 lsa
GM high speed lifters
Katech C5R timing chain
Katech LS9 high capacity scavenge and pressure oil pump
LS7 CNC ported heads
LS7 titanium intake valves and sodium filled hollow stem exhaust valves
PSI valve springs
Katech upgraded LS7 rockers
Katech ultra-lite retainers
Katech carbon fiber valve covers
FAST 102 Intake manifold
FAST Injectors
Katech Billet fuel rails
Katech Billet fuel rail crossover line
Katech coil relocation kit
MSD wires
Katech Billet tensioner
Katech auxiliary oil cooler adapter
Well that about does it for now, stay tuned.....
