Which Cadillac saw on a show truck. One of the high ups saw it at a show and made it an option. Or so the story goes

That 70's color was blue? I always thought it had too much green tint to consider it blue, but maybe it's just me.

It looks close to the color for my 55 Bel Air. I picked Aegean Blue Pearl, which is a 2002 Honda Color. The pearl white I chose was from a 2000 Mitsubishi.

Yup, good looking color. I remember seeing a long time ago on one of the TV car shows, and I want to say it was a it came from one of DUB's show cars back in 2001 or 2002 and Cadillac said they were going to make it a color option in the following year lineup.

Anyway, you are planning to remove those fender vents to paint them separately...right??

If this humidity would drop I'd be out squirting some color as well. Metallics and pearls should generally be sprayed as a whole - jam the car out, put it back together and coat it all once. A good, steady, experienced hand can do it panel by panel...mine does not fall into any of those categories

yeah this will be my second car painting this way, first one was my 87 irocz,it turned out awesome i think u can do a better job by painting the fenders off the car, same with the doors nice thing about the paint i use is its all premixed just add activator and spray,it always comes out the same color,i know the humidity has been very high,i wanna lay some paint too but maybe tomarrow not gonna be as hot and humid.
