great!! i wish i could build a bigger garage but the homeowners association will not allow it unless it is attatched to my house and then there are size restrictions. hell they wont even allow sheds that are not attached to the house!

We had the same restrictions with our association. They said we were limited to 20 feet wide, nothing was said about how deep a garage was supposed to be. So we pushed the boundaries and went 40 feet deep on our garage We did the same with our shed, the township states that a shed cannot be more than 800 cubic feet. Well, the didn't say anything about overhangs
