Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
You know how hard it is up here to find those kind of parts?
What color are the cars??
You switch front ends and want to do the LS lid, I have the lid/baffle I would sell to you, all you would need is the radiator support that I do not have
Your car has officially pushed me over the edge. I need the 98 front end!!

I take that as a compliment! I sure as hell love my front end. But keep in mind I'm still tinkering with panel gap/rub from the p.o. Your blinkers will never work, And if you ever want to change the lights in your front bumper, kiss that thought goodbye.
But other than that, you get the super easy lid swap. The ram air to keep your engine icy. And you get to piss off all the LS guys when you pop the hood.

Are you prepared to drop that much cash? or are you JUST gonna do the front end?
To make a trans am clone you'll need everything from the front ends perspective, ( fenders, hood, bumper, lights) then Trans am ground effects on the doors or trans am doors so they say "trans am" also a new rear bumper and hatch..
EDIT: i was just updating my mods list on the front page and comparing that to what i know i want done and the "done" list is finally getting shorter than the "to do" list. makes for a pretty happy camper.

Update for you:
-"stage 4" clutch is on its way
-picked up the flywheel this morning ( Rock auto's $80 flywheel wont be in stock until may.. so i had to bump it up and pay 113 for advanced autos "perfection" flywheel)
-waiting on the slave cylinder for the clutch to arrive and the car will be on the road for this first time all winter, to the OR, only to surface even more hungry for silly mustangs than ever before.
That clutch is stage 3 according to their website. Personally, I would have went with the 2250 series for a DD. Should be a fun car though.
I saw that too, I ordered it from novi.com and according to them it's a stage 4.
And I know a lot of people go with that , I wanted aggressive engagement though.
