Finally back on the move again, getting rid of some overhead, back on the project full throttle, in a few hrs it'll be my 30th day of birth, but after the family thing for dinner ill be back in the garage. Picking up some LS1 stuff also tomrrow afternoon.

While i have the k member out, I'll be cleaning the under side and engine bay with a heated power washer. The the welding begins inside the bay area

Looks really good man! It has come a long way from when you pulled in the driveway. I had a pretty rough time finding a solid car.. Looks like yours is pretty virgin on the underside too. Foundation is everything! Cant wait to see more pictures of the progress!

engine bay is all welded up, now for a lil mud and sanding...then to primer, no pics at the moment... looking for LSX f-body fuel rails

new powertrain is at the house (5.3 ls 4l60e) tagged everything and removed the wiring harness, going to finish mock up for the engine mounts, k member. Going to put new gaskets while the engine it out. The next 3 weeks is going to be crazy busy not only at work but on the car as well, and a one way flight to texas in july...I'll post pics when I get home if they come out good enough to use
