i love the new synergy green on the new camaros, but Im thinking it would not look great on a third gen....i planned on summit white, but now I been seeing alot of camaros in general going to white, I kinda wanted something a lil different, maybe a pearl white or 3 tone paint job, nothing out of the ghetto though, I gotta keep it clean and classy, like Chip Foose style design. Any ideas would help me so any color combos would work together?
Im tired of all black though, first camaro was black, my dd is black, my bike was black.

One I always like was silver black and lingerie purple (yes its a real color)
also the sunburst orange is sweet, would probably go good with a black cherry color or rootbeer. maybe a silver strip to break the two colors apart. I gotta figure it out soon though paint time is coming up fast.

One color I always though would look good on a third gen would be a pearl white, with the pearl having a light tint of blue in it.

Pearl paint would be really hard to paint, especially if your doing it yourself, unless your a pro or have a good booth too.

This has always been one of my favorite colors on a thirdgen, and this specific car is done really well...

I too liked the yellow, however would it be too much yellow if you take a way the black accents ? I could do the something like what he has going on cause Im running the 4th gen SS style hood, but wouldnt want to copy completely.

I can paint pearls, done it before, however pearls are much harder to match. I going to look into have the blue tinted pearl over a white base, maybe next month Ill get some samples and spray some test panels

u could pull of the synergy green youd need a color or two to break it up so it doesnt look so heavy. the silver and purple would be badass and i was going to do a black cherry color on mine with accents.

id go with the purple and silver to be different and itd be badass

no, for once I agree with Greg I dont think Synergy Green would look good on a thirdgen. I love yellow thirdgen's never see them around. But a blue, silver are also very good looking colors.

theres a synergy green bird on tgo. nothing breaking it up and it looks very heavy then theres one that has three different colors with the synergy green being the main one and that one looks good. depends on how simple or extravagant you want to go i think

Agree...that bird wasnt done very good either,




If I can bonce something off the natural body lines and use the synergy green as an accent so it wouldnt be too heavy I may be able to pull off something.
