Do a search on like Eagle cast cranks and stuff for LT1s.
Okay i take that back ive heard how bad the eagle ones are but i've heard scat 9000 are pretty good. But hey if i can reuse my stock crank ill be able to put the money other places.
I will prob stick with the stocker since a forged one will add $600+ to my build, but i still haven't figured out if i should spend the cash on 4 bolt mains or stick with the 2 bolts and stud them.

2. Seems to be a good mod, I can't talk from experience though.
3. If you are an auto its a good idea.
4. SFC, yes so you dont wrinkle your quarters.
5. Talk to Jonny he can set you up for under a grand.
6. Yes and pretty easy to do, me and Joel just did ours and topped it off with 4an lines.
7. Bigger injectors are not needed. Least till I know exactly what you plan on doing.
8. I wouldn't spend that much money on a 10 bolt, just to have it hand grenade and blow that locker apart. Save for a 12, S60, or 9.
9. I just put in a Chromoly Torque arm, it only weights like 2lbs less than the mild steel, Founders is much cheaper.

I would like to build a nice 355 bottom end now and run my stock p&p heads with a cc503 and throw a 125shot at it... and some time down the road once i have a stronger rear and trans i would like to send my heads to AI for 200cc and run a custom grind cam from them. My goal right now is to build a bottom end that can hold up to my future plan without digging to far in to my already shallow pockets.

Also people are pushing over 500hp with the hyper pistons.
I knew that they run into 10's i just dont want to set myself up for disappointment. And i already plan on forged rods and pistons for the n2o. For some reason i thought Ryan was a 355 4 bolt fully forged motor.

Ryan was 355 2 bolt fully forged if I recall correctly.
Yea i knew he was fully forged but shit now i trust my 2 bolts a little more lol And idk i might buy a forged 350 crank if my shop guy thinks its a good idea and all depends on prices he can quote me.
Those cars on that list make me feel better about my small build im hopeing it makes at least 360hp.

Cranks aren't really a "350 crank". I mean yes its a 350 main, (or 400 mains ect) but its measured in stroke. Like a 350 is a 350 main, but 3.48" stroke. 3.75" stroke will make a stock 4" bore will make a 377. 3.75" on 4.030 bore will make 383".
So a 355 is a 3.48" stroke with a 4.030 bore.

What would be the benifets to having comp cams custom grind me a cc503 cam to 110lsa. I have always loved to lope and intimidation cams with a 110lsa put off. I know this sounds stupid cause you should never base a cam off sound...wich im not i know a cc503 will be a good cam for my heads and if i was to go purely of sound id just get a gm847 lol
