So, I'm back to bring extremely bored with this car again.
I thing my biggest problem is that I enjoy working on it more than driving it. Why? That doesn't help me financially either.
It's back up on Craigslist, well not that it really ever left but for a short period of time.
Bummed.
I'll still be painting the ss hood. Go from there.
I have also thought about getting a new head and cam package from lloyd but it's only matter of time that I'll be bored with that.Last edited by mcalus; August 2nd, 2014, 06:01 PM.2002 Z28 Camaro A4

I understand being bored with a car. I loathe driving my fusion even though its a great car i have to keep convincing myself its worth putting up with
Here's what id do if it were my car, if youre looking for some inspiration:
I think the SS hood and a factory front bumper will do wonders for the look. Also gloss black grille area with a bodymatched bowtie and fog lights. Paint a black manta stripe on the SS scoop, a black hockey stripe on the sides and berger panel to compliment it. I like that purple but i think it needs a little more to contrast against to really pop. Roof and wheels are a good start.
For me personally i have to like the look of a car before i can even begin to care about horsepower and everything else. Unless its strictly a race car.Last edited by JoeliusZ28; August 2nd, 2014, 07:07 PM.-Joel

I appreciate the help Joel, especially coming from you. Only thing I don't agree with you on is the hockey stripe. Never personally cared for them. Bumper is definitely needed I just don't want to pay the price for a brand new oem one. I need to find a good condition take off.Originally posted by JoeliusZ28 View PostI understand being bored with a car. Haha I'm more picky about painting other people's stuff than I am my own. And I'm damn picky with my own stuff.Originally posted by sman View PostEnjoy yours, repaint mine! Lol2002 Z28 Camaro A4

I'll buy a 98-02 before I do an ls swap. Or turbo mine before an ls swap. I still prefer a 98+ front end over the lt1s.
Ttop conversion has definitely been on my mind. It's not like I don't have the tools to do it lol2002 Z28 Camaro A4

Ha. If i can pull it off like him.Originally posted by nascarnate326 View PostI think that if you can pull it off just like 6LE it will look great, anything else and it will be a huge step back.
Is your car setup for that style or LT1 style?
If I could find some candy corn...
I have the LS1 style now. I never should of gotten rid of my lt1 style. I envisioned something better with the ls1 style (or 97-02 if you prefer)
Current:
