        • WOW it sounded fantabulous!!!! so crazy you cannot use one word to describe it..

where is that guy located and how much for a pull, I really wanna get mine on one soon..

Now I honestly knew NOTHING of the the flowmaster issue, but then again I do not read a ton of tech info.. I luv their sound though .. SO can someone point me towards a better muffler?

I have a dynomax on my 3rd gen and 3 inch flows on my Buick.. 20 HP is alot just for ditching a muffler I think.. but he is the dyno guy..

              • Ha Ha! I won't be getting a ticket the way the car is running right now. Kyle was out today and took it for a quick trip and there is something wrong like maybe a bad wire or something.

I felt bad Kyle had to come out here but didn't know what else to do. I swear if there is a lemon anything out there if finds me. I must have a sign on my back that says I buy crap, sell me your sh**, I pay top dollar for big turds.

My lawn mower took a dump on my tonight too. The stupid pulleys that engage the blades are kinda hanging like they're not supposed to. I'm gonna fill that thing with gas and hit it with a 4" mortar and blow it to the outer rings of Saturn. I'll be selling tickets next week. Anyone wanna see the show. It'll be worth it.

                  • Well I'm thinking a bad wire or the plugs are messed up from it being rich before the tune.
The car only misses when you ask it for power under load (hmm this sound familiar) and will pop out the exhaust like it's passing unburnt fuel.

I'm going to get new plugs and wires but do the plugs 1st to see if that fixes the problem and go from there but it's one of the 2 because she idles like a champ with out missing a beat.

                        • Here's a brief exhaust clip. Pit crew boss is getting antsy so if someone wants to live long and prosper, I hope they get down here soon. j/k Kyle! What kind of spark plugs are on the car? Maybe I can get the neighbor to change them.

                          • I do not suggest that!!!!!!!!!!!
It will make it harder for me to figure out what what's wrong.

I have the parts but I can't come till Monday like I said in my PM.
But if that's what you decide to do let me know so I can get my money back.

                            • I forgot to ask but I assume you guys dyno'd the car with the cutouts open, what was the power difference between open and closed? Just came to mind after he mentioned that you could gain 20 more hp losing the flowmaster, but why switch when you have the cutouts anyways?

                              • The cut out's were not on the car at that point.

When we had them done the bolted the block off plates on.
