Yeah... Kyle MP81 took tons of pics. I already posted mine -- only took about 20.
Today we got the 3.4L and the transmission separated, and then we got the 3.4L off of the k-member. We got the k-member back into the car and rolled the car out of the garage into the driveway so we could clean up. Everything went pretty smoothly although we got so pissed off at those damn brake lines that we ended up cutting the brake lines in half because those damn nuts were seized and rounded.- Brian Meissen

Well, unless I stumble upon $500-ish, nothing is going on until I can save up for the parts I need. I've got $750 saved up right now with *hopefully* $350 coming in soon. That's about enough to cover the cam package sans timing chain and other misc parts, but I'm in a bind on whether I want to wait a few weeks to buy that or buy the LPP Stainless headers right now before they're out of production entirely.- Brian Meissen

Well basically you can't go any further without any of those if it's to be done the way you want it. So I'd say go for the headers first before they're gone. The cam will be there. I'd clean up that V8 K-member so its not all nasty. Make sure everythings good on it... wheel bearings, brakes, and all that jazz. It came with everything?-08 G8 GT DD: Rotofab CAI, HID's, Breyton Race GTS'

Everything except the steering rack and what not. We are keeping the v6 k-member, so we're going to transfer everything from the v6 kmember that we need and put it onto the v8 kmember.- Brian Meissen
