      • Did I miss something? You sold your twin turbo T/A and bought a vette??? If so, why? You just got it up and running right this year.

        • because it was a pain in the ass, haha. I got tired of the constant wrenching needed and parted the car out and bought a vette to replace it. Wont do too much modding to this one. Looking forward to enjoying it rather than having it on jackstands for most of the year like the TA

          • Sorry to hear it was a PITA. You'll get back into it with the vette for sure. Paxton makes a great blower for it. My friend has some great results for very little done. 03 Covert, blower, full exhaust, SS3600 and RPM tranny. 10.70's @ 127. Nice!!!

I put my Yank SS3600 in finally. I can't believe I missed yours by a couple days. Darn it!!!

            • haha yea, i liked that converter. I put almost 1k miles on the vette so far, i love it and i love being able to beat on it without worrying a ton about breaking. Plus having a 6 speed is awesome!

                      • Wow, that is ridiculous. Also, I saw in another thread that you said something about everyone saying you were scared off the power, and didn't know where that came from. I didn't think that you were scared persay, but I saw you say one place that any punch under 60mph and it just spun like crazy, and wasn't even fun. Thats where I got it from. And I was kinda like c'mon, how could that not be fun. That is, until I drove on nearly bald tires last fall, and if the road was even damp, and any spirited driving during that time under 50mph and it got hairy. Then I understood EXACTLY why you sold it.
