yea i got mine for $375. thats a good price. $500 isnt. I advise against Jet-hots/hookers because they hang down quite a bit lower.

I've also heard from 2 different sources that Jet Hots are recently having some coating issues, especially with the chrome.

      Anybody else heard that one?

I would rather buy from someone more reputatable than someone on ebay, don't get me wrong, I have nothing against buying from ebay, but the coated one are kinda expensive anyways, here's summit's price and they have free shipping other than a $9.95 process fee, and it's $429.69 coated LT

i have pacesetters on my SS and jet hots on my Z28, plug access is easier with the pacesetters, get ceramicoated, if you drive your car in any kind of inclimate weather, a uncoated header will rust through in 1 year maybe slightly more, but for sure get them coated.

I would just have a shop weld a custom one with flanges anyway. The clamp-on style Y-pipes that go on pacesetters are a *****. the other problem is the 3" pipe. Pacesetters almost always have clearance issues on the drivers side just behind the collector. On my car i made an "adjustment" to the subframe with a floor jack and used 2.5" piping there to make it fit good. theres about a 90% chance youll have bad vibration problems (exhaust hitting the floor) if you use 3" pipe and dont smash up the subframe a 1/2" or so.
