A few people were curious about this when I mentioned it a little while back. Just picked it up today from the shop fab'ing it up. Car doesn't run yet or else I'd get a vid, but I have a dyno appointment this weekend so hopefully soon. And no, I'm not going to disclose price. It wasn't cheap, but considering it's 409 stainless steel and TIG-welded it is IMO fairly reasonable compared to what some people pay for this same setup in mandrel-bent aluminized steel.
Gautz Enterprises in Whitmore Lake did the system for me. They are a sponsor over on Motown Muscle where I normally frequent and they have done excellent work for me in the past as well. They typically do prototype exhaust work for OEMs but they do custom performance exhausts in their free time. I don't know what the sponsorship rules are here so I apologize if I'm not supposed to post non-sponsor info.
The setup is SLP Mid-Length headers (1-3/4" primaries, 2.5" collectors), Magnaflow 2.5" cats, Magnaflow X-pipe, and 2.5" dual-in-dual-out muffler w/ internal X, and 4" Corsa-clone tips. Everything but the headers are stainless (unfortunately I found one of the few sets of SLP mids that weren't made out of stainless
) This car is meant to be a daily driver and there is ZERO ground clearance loss from the system and it should still flow well. Cats are there because I don't want to smell like sex panther every time I drive the car.
And before anyone says it, yes, I know my rear sway bar is on upside down. Honest mistake by one of my buddies who was helping me wrench on it. It will be corrected soon.
