I know what people say, I'm just repeating what the people running the dynos tell me. Dr Phil himself said the exact same thing. Sure you might see a 10-20 hp difference because of weather fluctuations, bad air flow, car too hot, whatever... but according to Dr Phil and others, it's not the dyno itself.

10-20 hp is a huge freaking difference. The jet / mustang dynos are even SAE adjusted. Mustangs are more accurate in real life situations, but in reality it's a tuning tool, it only matters what you do at the track.

                Exactly.

One of my friends LS1 cars only made 360RWHP and went 11.6 @ 116.

If you take the car to the track and its a roach then you might have something to be disappointed about it.

10-20hp is the difference between a stock engine and a stock engine with a CAI... not a huge difference IMHO. Or like 70* vs 90* dyno runs.

Weather does not matter if it's SAE corrected, as I said most run numbers were corrected (such as mine). 10 hp is a .10 difference in the 1/4 mile, pretty big difference to me. From a Mustang to a Jet on my car was roughly a 20 HP difference.

116 mph trap is roughly 360 to the wheels, depends on car weight though. Good time none the less, his 60 fts must be nice!

yeah mine put down 363 to the wheels and it went 11.8 @ 114 with a lowered stock suspension
