I made a set of over the valve cover taylors for the camaro 8 years ago, and they are still going strong. I also got Taylor 10.4 mm on the valiant. Great wires. Eric L

I have the crimping tool(well my friend does). My coil packs are relocated under the cowl, so I need custom length wires. I bought 2 sets(pre made) over the years and both of them have the wires 2 feet longer than I need, which is part of what caused this problem. Time to make my own..sigpic

I mean, what are the odds? Fill tank, 30 seconds later car runs like shit... Had I not opened the cutouts in the garage, I would probably still be chasing a fuel issue.. Doh!!!Originally posted by Plum Nuts View PostIts amazing how a full tank of gas pushed the plug wire down Larry. LOLsigpic

Swapped out 4 wires today with some taylors I had laying around. Here's the worst 2.. 1st one was falling apart near the header(even with the protective boots) and 2nd was the one laying on the header. Drove it yesterday with these still on, and while it ran much better(with the wire not arcing out to the header), still a slight miss and only sure to get worse..

Liquid dish soap works as well. That's what i used when I had my 87 Firebird when I had to put my own ends on.
