I am eventually going to build a carbon fiber cold air box to seal off the filter from the rest of the engine compartment....but right now that is low on the priority list...I just want to get this thing making noise.....soon!

Got some more wiring done lastnight....the only thing left to do is re-install the brake master cylinder and bleed the brakes and clutch. Then finish hooking up some of my guages and wideband. Oh..gotta install the starter too and re-install the driver's seat. Then I can prime and flush the fuel system.....Just minor stuff. THEN I can start playing with the PCM.

                • Now were getting close! I spent alot of time this weekend working on the car. I finished all the wiring!! I also spent alot of time fiddling around with small detail stuff. I got the starter bolted and wired up....man, gotta love thos little LS1 starters...they are light as a hell! After one more "final check" I will be ready to put 12 volts to it. I have been playing around with HP tuners a bit, so once I get power hooked up to the PCM I can do a reflash on it. My PCM came from an automatic car so I will have to reflash it with a stock M6 tune minus all the emissions and VATS. Hopefully by the end of the week I will have powered everything up without any issues.

Here's a pic of the finished up engine bay

                  Couple more pics
