Thanks for the input TJ, I am really torn right now. I like the idea of the newer technology & power potential in the LS engines but I also love the look of the tpi and keeping the origional block in the car. I will make my decision soon.

After some consideration I have decided to go with a 383 because it will be cheaper for me, and I would like to keep the original block and TPI look. I will post the build in the build area, thanks everyone for all the help!

I think you made the right choice. Everyone is doing LSx swaps. I was watching powerblock today and a guy swapped a LS1 into a Geo Tracker.
