    • looks great fred, I can believe how clean you got your calipers before paint, how did you do that?

        If you want. I don't know how far it went, but I know when we'd be painting under the car (so, close proximity face to painting area), the splatter would hit ya and you wouldn't even know.

            Thanks! I used a wire wheel on an air grinder... worked pretty well - wore out almost the whole wheel on one caliper!

            Parts will include... PHB, LCAs, lowering springs, and drilled brakes

              • seriously fred be careful with the stuff. I did not take anyones warnings seriously and i got it on my hands and skin and i could NOT get it off. It last me a lot longer than a week, consider yourself lucky kyle. I had it on my skin for upwards of 2-3 weeks

                  Yeah, it may have been a bit longer. I did go at it hardcore with some lava soap, and that helped somewhat. It shows how tough it is!

                  • My POR15 sticks good to rust too, Kyle - it's the smooth, non rusty surfaces that POR15 doesn't stick to.

                    And yeah, POR15 is definitely strong. I spilled the container over while I was painting the undercarriage and got it all over the concrete floor and it seeped under the spare tire my car was sitting on. When we pried the spare tire up, a little bit of surface concrete came with it.
