wasnt that bad actually Larry, if we didnt struggle getting the trans off it would have just been a few hours work. I have the entire longblock i was looking to sell, but if you can give me a decent price on the shorty, i might entertain it.

Bellhousing..... The bell that rings when your approaching a railroad track with an incoming train enroute. The noise you hear is actually your car, contrary to belief of it being the railroad track, which has a bell on it, and it is enclosed in the bellhousing

Okay, I'll bite, why is the convertor still on the motor????

Heads studs are cool...until you gotta drop the motor to remove the heads.

Converters still on because its a stock piece of shit and wouldnt easily slide off, im going to pry it off today.

Head studs are a must...... Especially with boost, probably one of the best upgrades you can do...... also, i dont know about you but after pulling the stock heads off the stock motor out of the car, i would hate to have to change heads with motor in the car anyway..... those 20 huge bolts all needed a breaker bar on them to get loose and our engines bays arent exactly roomy....

Also FWIW, you can still swap heads with the motor in the car with head studs.....
