I'm fixing this for way less than $150. Just gotta find the time to get over to his house and get it.

Darren is right, less work, less money if you can find a whole rear. Up to you though. When I built my rear, I had to buy the tools and the parts, so it cost more around a grand ... So in hind sight, there were certainly better options, but if you can swing it for less than $100, I say go for it lol
