  • Going to order a clutch package soon.

Probably going with the Level 3 Monster package from Tick and replacing PP/flywheel bolts. $1140 is pretty steep but I need it...

    Thoughts?

Good luck. I hate that pos.

I would suggest you talk to Andrew (shiv15) before you purchase. Never heard anything promising about those clutches, especially from the DR.

Really? In all the reviews I've read on them people said they drive great.

Yikes that is steep. I would throw an LS7 clutch in there. Pretty sure that is whats in my car and I love the pedal feel. I know lsxdreamer had an LS7 in his car and it help 440 rwhp without issue.

That's what I have and for the 1000 miles I put on the car, it has been great. Pedal is awesome and it's held 350h/360t just fine. Should handle 505hp (ZO6) without breaking a sweat really.

Power expectations that defines "needing" it? +100 on the LS7....unless of course, your power exceeds its limitations.

I ordered a Tick Adj Master when doing my clutch swap and never installed it. Zero problems shifting near 7k on stock master so I sold it.... just some food for thought Vinnie

That's ridiculous to pay that...do an LS7 and be done with it. I have one and it feels like stock.

I think my master is shot...has about an inch of play at the top. Shifting likes to get a little notchy when cold too.
