I'll get some more pics up after we sand this coat down, get the second coat of bondo on and sanded, and finish it all off with the Evercoat and primer. It should look pretty good by Saturday.

          Yes nick thats right.
I think i would have had the bra on the car with the bumper looking like that also.

So where are you doing all this work at nick

Nick started sanding down the paint that was chipping. It was pretty bad.

All the work on the hood was done in Nick's driveway.

I am glad that Nick finally took the plunge. I would rather see a car sanded smooth and multiple colors rather than seeing someone trying to hide damage. Its a work in progress.

I think the hood will took great on the car once you have it finished and painted.

              Good Job.

Thanks! I was hoping to get at least one positive response, I think it compliments the car nicely. It didn't quite look the way I expected it to, it actually looks better! Primer to come on Saturday, I've got some orange spraypaint that matches my car color exactly, don't ask me how that works, but I'll at least be able to roll with one color covering the whole car. . . Maybe I can perfect the art of spraybomb auto painting and get it all fixed up nice and looking decent until I can get a real paintjob. . . This project has got me excited about my car again, we're making real progress again.

                              • Look cool, kind of like the indents on the stock hood are flipped up and around. More like double SS scoops tho. Definitely unique and i will give you props for doing some work to the car and throwing in some elbow grease to make it stand out! Keep it up!
