Do you have any pictures of the car at night with the brakes on?

I think they really just don't like people driving at night.

I want to get covers for my car (rear AND front), but I can't use the fronts at night.

definitely a very smart thing to do, but it isnt going to get you any sympathy from a cop that wants to give you a hard time for it.

...Until you show him, but then again, even if valid - doesn't mean anything...

Here are the pics of my taillights I found on my PhotoBucket account. I lost all the rest of them when I bought my new laptop.
Daytime with just parking lights on:

Daytime with Brakes applied (had a bad ground in one light socket, I fixed it since then):

And I took the nighttime pics just now with my folks' camera. . .
              Nighttime with Park/Headlights on:

              Nighttime with Brake Lights on:

And while we're on the topic of Vehicle Lighting, I'll throw my interior night pics in for good measure :

Sorry about the poor image quality in the night pics, it's hard to adjust a point-&-shoot to take good pics without a tripod or anything. The taillights are apparently too dim during the day, but they look plenty bright to me. I did spray probably 3-4 coats of VHT on all of the lenses, though. . .

Here are some pictures of them with the lights on, remember you dont have to "blackout" your lights you can just throw a light tint on them.

                  About 2 car lenghts away-

                  appx 5 car lenghts away.

Daytime, this picture really doesn't do much justice, it was very bright out but the camera doesn't really show how bright it was. The sun was directly behind me when I took this pic so really this is about as dim as you will ever see them

Here's some pics of my old taillights when they were tinted.

                              Regular running lights on:

That's all I got. But yeah, this bright during the day time.. no problems at night.
