The mufflers are in the last pipes of the system with the turn-downs on them.

I mean, it is a true dual system with a pair of bullet mufflers and no cats. It will be loud by nature. Whether or not it gives you issues with tickets I cannot comment on as that would depend on the rest of your set-up in how much noise it makes as well as what is acceptable in your area.

For hangers if you feel you need anything on it, I would get the entire system installed first. If you decide you would like to add them, fabbing something up from that point to a factory location or a universal hanger to the body would be very simple by any exhaust shop for you if you do not weld.

How low is this system supposed to hang?

I am unsure of exact measurements but as with any true dual system, it will hang on the low side as there is no tunnel on these cars to fit a dual system.
