Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
Its not a group buy. Just something I've been waiting to come in. Brian asked me about them a long time ago, and they are now in stock.
You can order from my site with a credit card.
If anyone need to pay by PayPal, shoot me a pm with your info. I'll need to figure out shipping cost. Spay the heck out of your bolts with WD-40, BP Blaster or some Kroil oil (I might of spelld that wrong) and Let it soak in, spray it more, soak, etc...

I have no clue what year my Camaro subframe is on the '55.... (looks to be a 1ST. Gen )... My stop go's on the bottom...
Is there any way to get a angle grinder or small air powered disc wheel in there to put a straight slot on the bolthead to use a flathead screwdriver to get them out?
Dunno- I don't have an angle grinder or any pneumatic tools.
so will I have a prob using these if I go with 17 inch wheels on a tirdgen?

I bought the same ones as Brian and they work perfect on my 3rd gen but then again I only have 16 inch wheels but I think they would be fine with 17's as well...
sad part is I cannot afford 17s for awhile so I will slowly buy what I can, IF I can keep the car..

The other stuff from Hawks is just the Energy Suspension bump stops with and extra 100 bucks added for some spacers. I can look into have spacers made to make these 100% bolt-in, but I need more then 1 person commited to make it happen.

so let me get this straight, the bump stops are not just the aluminum plates with no rubber or urethane on them, they are bump stops.. like factory but nicer..
cause I saw the raw aluminum pics and thought that was all there was. Which was not gonna do what I needed, but the ones that you put in your post are for 93-02 not 82-92.. whats the diff?

The poly pieces are the actual bump stop. The aluminum makes the bump stop the same height as stock. Hawks 3rd gen sells them and recommends using spacers. I bought the bump stops and I will probably get the spacers too since I have 17" wheels.
