Thats what I'd like to know... Do they just sit inside the coil? Also anyone have any real world numbers proving there effect?

Install is easy, they go inside the springs. You also need to run some air line. People have been using air bags for years.

They are absolutely wonderful. I love mine. Car feels so much better on the road. I have a little T-connector thingy up behind my license plate for putting air in the bags. I believe mine are at 35 psi right now.

for drag racing you don't want them T'ed. the right side should always have more air in it

the drivers side of the axle gets forced(twisted) it the ground. The car rolls over onto the right rear. When it rolls over the right rear tires isn't doing much. adding a drag bar(swaybar) air bag or setting the right rear shock softer will help.
I bent all the left ARP lug studs cause of body roll. The left dead hooked and the right did not.
Normally the left front tire will lift first. With a bar or bag the car will launch straighter and hook more consistantly
