Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
Air Lift 1000 Drag Bags are an add on helper for coil spring equipped cars. Particularly helpful on drag cars where the rear suspension needs to be pre-loaded for the car to launch straight. Air lifts improve sixty foot times and increase traction. All kits includes two air bags, two inflation valves, all fittings, air lines, and mounting hardware.
You still need an air compresser and pump for these right?

I'd imagine if you want to put air in them you need an air comp. But my question is can you use any regular air comp.? I have a little 2 hp one, would that work?

I've had a set of these on our '85 IROC-Z for years. The rear started to sag a bit with the sub cabinet, amps and stuff in the rear well. I added these and run about 12-15 psi, just enough to level the car again. They work great for that.
I run a "T" fitting in the lines so both have the same pressure, and only have one fill valve.
RIP Doug,You will always be remembered

Air is air for them, you can even fill them with one of the little cheapo cigarette lighter air compressors. Heck....if you REALLY wanted, you could use a bicycle pump!
