  • Looking for a few parts for my winter LS swap project

    Need:
    LS6 coolant crossover tube
    LS1 camaro power steering lines
    non traction control throttle cable
    third gen LS swap headers
    Air Force/Afghanistan veteran
    1987 Iroc camaro Supercharged 5.3
    2012 Toyota tacoma

    you can use a truck coolant cross over, just need to bend the end a bit, same purpose and probably can find them way cheaper. Not sure if Racing Innovations website is down or if they closed shop, but their product was worth the price for their purpose they also fit pretty good. Also to save a few bucks, you can mod your 3rd gen throttle cable, or pick up a aftermarket one. Power steering lines, might as well pick up new or make your own.

      If you're using a LS6 intake, you can use LS1 coolant crossover tubes if you remove the waffling on the bottom of the intake. Plus with the LS1 tubes you have two, front and rear versus just 1 with the LS6 tube.
      When in doubt, Whip it out !
