Haven't filed with anyone yet. Seller has not replied but like i said in the first place he only got online every couple days.

Is a few hours going to make much of a difference? I thought I had like 60 days to make a claim. Just trying to give what seemed like an honest guy a chance first, but its been since thursday night already so things are looking grim. His last activity on tech was on the 12th.

Thanks Kevin but I am only going to be buying one of these locally. Thats what my gut instinct told me to do in the first place and what happened last time is why. I no longer have the income to be trusting someone else with $300.

That is what I was going to do as well. But I contacted them several times and they always say they are out and when I asked when they thought they would have more made they never responded.

finally got a response from they guy...

i cant tell from the pics where the damage is exactly. if you could please send me a complete picture of the entire spoiler. and i will contact fed ex and talk to them about the insurance i places on the package.however the spoiler is oem it came directly off my 98 ss and is the same spoiler i sent you the pics of before the sale.
