Renaissance Center Security is currently hiring for PART TIME positions. Pay starts at $10.25/hr for part time officers, plus an additional $1.50/hr for licensed EMTs and Paramedics. When full time positions open up, part time officers will have the first opportunity to advance.
In addition to the standard security functions, we provide bike patrols, mobile vehicle patrols, a staff of 20+ EMTs, and executive protection personnel. Security also works closely with Securitas who provides explosive detection dogs and large x-ray facility capable of x-raying fully-loaded semi-trucks. We also work closely with GM Global Security.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- If applicant was in the military, must have nothing less than an honorable discharge
- Will be required to pass a drug screen, physical exam, and background examination
- Excellent written and verbal skills are required
- Cannot have any outstanding warrants for arrest
- Cannot have any felony convictions, assaults, fraud, or weapons violations, or any other requirements set forth by Public Act 330
- Valid drivers license, with clean driving record and no alcohol related driving offenses
