  • FEELER: 98-02 OE? WS6 Hood

Hey fellahs, the time has come to start the TA 2.0 Build, and one of the things i plan on changing is the hood. So my WS6 hood will be available. So does anyone need one? how can tell if its an OE GM hood. and what are they worth ( its gonna need a respray and minor minor body work). Ill post some pictures later.

I paid 350 for mine 4 years ago and it is an original GM hood. I got a steal after looking around. Thy can be quite pricey. Mint ones go upwards of 6 to 7 hundred.

How you can tell is if the rings around the nostrils look sharp and like they're 2 PCs if they look like they're a smooth edged part its aftermarket. My brother bought his ws6 good with the rest of his front clip for $225 and got a free non cracked dashpad.

The hood is fiberglass so it must be an aftermarket.

          Also sale "pending" thanks guys
