seats are charcoal grey stock there all in good shape minus the drivers side you have your normal wear and tear i can send pictures to a cell phone or email just pm me the clutch was replaced roughly 10k miles ago just a factory replacement clutch never slipped before i put the car into storage. The rear end was replaced 2 years ago with the 373 gearing i drove about 5k miles within those two years (did landscaping so the trans was a night/weekend car) as for prices i figure we are all car enthusiast's here so just make an offer i know i am not going to be making market prices but also don't want to be offered a ridiculously low offer. I hope this answered all of your questions so far. again text me or pm/email me for more information and a more timely response. Thanks - Nick

If you do part it out, I'd be interested in the window express down module if the price is right. And, if you're willing to cut the harness, the pigtail with a few inches of wiring attached. It's part of the interior harness under the dash. Understandably, most folks won't cut up an engine harness as it's got value to someone doing a swap, but I don't know how worthless the interior harness is.
