the erg system will definately cause the problems your having. I would eliminate that and get PCM tune out for egr and air. Then proceed from there.

Hey jake, sorry I have been off-line all day. Peter (alone_and_insane) currently has scheduled to get it, but if he changes his mind, I will let you know.

thanks jentry, but no need. i got with a guy near me selling another brand new one for 170. he didnt keep the reciepts. he also threw in a brand new water pump for 50. right now my only problem is i cant find anyone with the tiny ass inverted torx bit and my needle noses arent letting me tighten it anymore. its probly got only 1/8th of an inch til its flush but when i put it on, the crank pulley rubs on it. im glad i noticed before i threw everything together n tore it up. so i gotta find the bit tomorrow and hopefully that fixes the issue.

I know car quest has the socket, its made for the small bolts on the stering column, and they keep them in the back.
