Yes, that's an oxygen bottle. Generally purchased on an exchange basis through a service.

Sadly I have many packs of oxygen hose that fit that bottle from my father. R.I.P.

Paint it the colors and just use it as a prop.

Nitrous Moped Possi.... I can see it now.
