That's the bulk of what I do -- and with my low-mileage lease, I'll be looking for the Red Beast to do the yeoman's share of the commuting 'n stuff in the warm weather. Every little bit helps! The new tires I'm getting installed today should also reduce unsprung weight and help with efficiency and ride, as well as provide exceptional grip in the corners -- Continental ExtremeContact DW summer-only tires.

ok. mine actually has a dent in it.. i'm not sure how it happened. there are no weird vibraitions in it (even high speeds). hopefully be good for now.

I wouldn't stress that drive shaft to much that dent is a nice weak spot in the shaft. These ls1 shafts walls are only .083 inchs thick so there's not much to give them strength other then there shape.
