FS: Monsoon head unit and Kenwood speakers

Monsoon head unit in great shape. Everything works including volume knob. $20

Set of Kenwood speakers, 6.5" Dont know much about them but they sound good. $50 for the set. All this stuff is out of my uncle's wrecked 01 WS6. Nothing is wrong with it, just parting stuff out.

any reason that head unit wouldnt work in my girlfriends 96 sunfire? anything special about the mosoon units like the bose?

some monsoon stersos had a separate amp or an individual amp on each speaker.

no it will work just fine. as long as its a 1.5 din (same size as the one I have) should plug directly in. I have a head unit JUST like this one in my trans am and it is fine (my t/a is NOT factory monsoon and doesnt have a factory amp)

What else is he parting out Ryan? I'd like some new headlight, heater controls, shift, etc knobs and whatnot if his are in excellent condition.

I cant remember if those years had the theft lock on them, if so make sure its unlocked before installing if you buy it

There is a thin gray cover on your sail panel, you cant tell that they are even anything other than stock. The are blue actually, camera didnt turn out right.

These will bolt in DIRECTLY to any 93-02 f body without modification (front and rear)

the speakers are aftermarket.


But I think your're talking about the head unit? If so, it has a CD player which a lot of cars didnt come with (mine didnt) and you can adjust bass and trebel and mid with this one. Im not an audio expert, so forgive my wording

Yes I was talking about the Monsoon head unit. Mine looks just like this one with out saying Monsoon on it. Just wondering if it is any better then what I have.
