As it says, I have an extra room for rent.

Located in Commerce twp
about a mile from M5 freeway connector
big wide driveway, dead end street
room is about 12x14
hardwood floors through out the house/including bedrooms
ranch style, with basement for storage if needed
updated half bath, shared full bath
room has been totally painted new light/fan, window treatment
big closet
no pets, dont smoke

Im a mature adult (28 yrs old)
I work full time for a health insurance, neat, clean, quiet.
I thought I would post this on here, since we would have some interest in the same things.
rent is $375.00 includes the basic, water(city) electric, wireless internet, heat and central air in the summer, use of new front load washer and dryer, appliances are new and stainless steel, If you need a cable box in your room I think its a 10 a month for additional ones. AT&T u-verse.

depending on where your at or need to be in auburn hills, its not crazy far, my brother goes to the OCC campus there. Let me know Joel if something comes up later.

Post some pictures of the house, the street, ect. Maybe people are getting the wrong impression because its so cheap? Your house is really nice and the area is good and clean too.
