    With the 96 you will have to change the computer and you will have the better opti already.
    edit: I believe in 96 they started to use torque to yield bolts on the heads. so if you remove heads, plan on new head bolts!

                New price is 200.00... which includes,cam,springs,locks,retainers,and 15 shims. 1 shim is missing which can be bought at the dealer for 2.00..

                          Won't work on a 95-97. the kit only will work on a 94. To work on 95 and up you have to have drive to opti machined to fit 95 opti's So would rather wait for correct deal.

                            This cam is for 93-97 lt1 engines..The dowl pin can be changed to work with your 95 engine.any machine shop can switch the dowl pin for you or you can switch yourself.Just remove the dowl pin from your stock cam and install it in the LT4 Hot Cam.Just to clairify this will include,cam,springs,locks,retainers,and 15 shims.1 shim is missing and can be bought at the dealer for 2.00.

                                Post a pic of the cam end where the opti attaches. and I thought push rods and 1:6 rockers were included.
