4 ss wheels of 96 ss camaro

bought four newer ones for my buddy so we will be selling his old ones, one is cracked and looses air but can be fixed, I know harlow fixes them. anyways they are in good shape and will probably have red chevy emblems in the centers instead of the ss, I will get pics up this week, they are stock 17 inch ss wheels from a 96 they are painted factory grey in decent shape, probably looking for 200 obo thank you, they are located in south lyon. how much would it cost to fix? and would they be safe afterwards?

my buddy just took his pontiac g6 to harlow to fix a crack dent he got from a pot hole, they took the wheel and kept it for a few days they actually cut out that section and replace it, he was charged 85.00 said it would be fine,
