dont have cracks rewelded on a wheels like that.

i work at discount and yes you can fix cracks and can be safe IF done GREAT. but you can get those wheels pretty cheap now a days not worth it IMO

your friends best bet is sell the three and trash the 4th

I just had a buddy have his wheel fixed at harlow tire for 85.00 they assured him it would be fine, I thank you for your opinon but all I am doing is being honest about the cracked wheel, the price is 200.00 obo for three or four with the cracked one. I have used harlow for years and they seem pretty straight and I trust the opinion they give me thank you Allen

o im not trying to tell someone not to buy them or trying to diss you, 200 for all 4 or even just the 3 is a great deal imo. i was just saying for the price those go for now a days its not worth welding. The only time i think its worth it is on an expensive wheel.
