Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

sorry i dont have pics at this time of these heads....
for anyone who doesnt know about these: Iron LT1 heads are really not LT1 heads at all, they are Vortec heads (better) retrofitted for an LT1. The tradeoff is that they arent aluminum which requires less compression... and in the end you have a head that has about the same potential of its lesser-flowing aluminum counterpart. Some people claim they can make more power, others claim the opposite. These would have come on any LT1 B-Body car.
Far as i now about these heads, That there simular to the vortecs, Now i now the vortec iron heads are very sweet, Make tons of power, My buddy ran a 11.00 flat this year with vortec heads very mild cam. and rpm air gap intake, You couldnt tell, It looks like a stock motor But it Runs Very GOOD.. that was in a 3000 car.. He is the one selling these heads.. And just want them out of his way...
I've always heard that with a decent port job they flow really well and are a really good head for the buck for a stock style head.
