  • FS: 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS (SC)

Well, I really really hate to do it but I think its smart to sell the cobalt. with the almanac calling for a winter similar to last years if not worse, I think its time for it to go.

    Here are the details
    2006
    75,xxx miles
2.0 Supercharged (LSJ) motor runs great
    5 speed shifts flawlessly
    brakes done recently
replaced GMPP exhaust with stock cobalt SS muffler to quiet it down.
Has badmab shorty stainless steel header
    catless down pipe (throws code)
    injen cold air intake
    ZZP stage 3 intercooler
new intercooler pump (less than 1000 miles)
G85 package which gives you a limited slip front axle and recaro seats.
comes with a 2.8" pulley to make it a full stage 3

the car is great and hate to sell it. it needs nothing, other than maybe headlights.

Going to be asking 8700 on craigslist but ill always give my mifbody family a deal 8500 or best.

glws, i wish kbb would update the prices of these cars, makes us think our cars are worth more but in reality nobody will pay what they list them as

They're good cars. I hope you can get your asking price. No offense, but I think you are a bit off the mark for a modded SS/SC car. The mileage is working in your favor, however.

I think these would make great daily drivers. If I were to pick one up for a DD, i'd probably try to find one that was all original for sake of reliability and longevity.

The TC cars generally do have a price premium over the SC cars due to desirability. Low mileage is a huge plus.

And G85 seats. Love those Recaros in mine.

                  Good luck with the sale!

After some market research ive decided to lower my craigslist post to 9200. So if someone on mifbody is interested make me an offer.

Thanks, that was my goal too and believe it or not this was the least molested one i can find. When it comes down to it, its really only got a CAI and full exhaust..

what I was getting at is that a fully stock, fully loaded TC (which is more desirable) in almost perfect condition (yes mileage was a little high) still bluebooked/NADA for over 10k, still only made 9500. and I was low balled a ton before I found the one guy who wanted exactly what I had.
