  • Trade my 95 Camaro and 00 Grand Am GT for your 98+ Camaro

My camaro is more of a project than I had intended, so I got another one that its more road worthy. I do drive the camaro daily without issues. Mechanically the camaro is problem free. Runs, drives, and shifts great. Needs a tranny mount, I have a poly one I haven't installed. Has new plugs, wires, fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, belt, and belt tensioner. Leaks power steering fluid, has flowmaster cat back, and a new cat. Interior needs work, some moron (not me) painted some of it orange and white. Has a nice deck, I have tranny filter and 180 degree thermostat as well. Camaro is 3.4 auto. Has ttops that don't leak. I also have interior paint to sweeten the deal. Wheels and tires are going on my 01, so the 01 wheels and tires will come with this car.

    More pics upon request.

$1000 firm, that's what I owe. Drive it home, part it out and make some money.

Might want to say on what end the money has to come from. Anyway, I wouldn't touch either of those cars.

Really? I can understand the camaro, but the Grand Am is in excellent condition.

Nobody is interested because you're asking to trade $3000 worth of cars for a $5-6000 car, plus $300...

v8 cars? Yeah right... If that is true you should be buying every single one of them and flipping or parting them out. Better yet send them to me and I will.

Mostly V6, but I don't believe I ever said V8? Lots of negativity in here. I appreciate your opinions and free bumps, but the comments are certainly not helping me sell or trade my cars or change my mind. I think that's what trolling is. Please move on guys. Not trying to rude, but I gotta move these cars. Mods can you clean this up please?

Look I am sure this post will get deleted, but you made a thread on here on how hacked up that car is and now trying to pass it on as something else? I see nothing in this thread (your original post) about the car being cut up. Secondly you call that Grand am "excellent" condition and it has a new or primer front bumper, rust all over, etc etc. I mean your asking for a lot here. Not to be rude but youd be lucky to get $3k for those both. Clean 98+ v6 cars go for more then that... Sometimes you have to reach for the stars, other times reality sets in... You will not sell that camaro on here or to anyone who has seen your other threads, I will bet on that.

I did say it was a project, and I did not put a price on it. The grand Am has almost no rust, a little on the trunk and hood. Grand Am books for $2000, camaro could potentially sell for $1000 as it is a strong runner. Very few people know cars better than I. I also stated that I would accept older camaro, and I prefer a V6. I am not reaching for the stars, I am reaching within range. $3k worth of running cars, for a $2k-$3k car. Let them decide if it's worth it or not, I am. Move on. Thank you.

SO Nick, basically you have a v6 hardtop car with how many miles ? secondly, post some better pics of the interior, exterior, underside if you can, your probably better off selling both of your cars and picking up something else, you can find an 98 LS1 car with everything you really want for under 6K http://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/cto/4607865374.html

Here is what I would do, I would have the bumper cover painted on the grand am, clean it inside and out, ask 2400 for it, clean up the Camaro, sell it as a whole or part it out, or do the t-top swap and ls swap and drive this shit out of it.
'91 Camaro Modded, LSx, House of Kolor Intense White, lowered, GS chrome 18" wheels, 14" Brembo CTS-V on all 4 corners, LS rear end, FP suspension components

The camaro has Ttops, and the Grand am comes with the paint, I might paint it myself. Also the Grand am interior is pretty mint. I'll get more pics. Thanks for the advice. I'm pretty much open to any camaro 4th gen they runs with a solid body.
