2009 yamaha R6

Selling my R6. Thought I would be able to ride, but after several back surgeries I am not ready. I am having another surgery on the 23rd, so I will not be needing this. I bought it this year, it was not titled until 2012. Everything is perfect on it, needs nothing. I put a tinted windshield on it and a kn filter with a gytr Yamaha racing slip on. It has flush mouth front turn signals and the rear signals are integrated into the tail light. It has the correct flasher in it so they flash at a normal rate. I do have the stock parts. I want $6500 firm. I paid and put way more than that in it since June when I bought it. I do have fresh mobile 1 oil and filter for it. I might change the oil today.

Whats the mileage ? how was it not titled till 2012, so it sat for 3yrs ?

6400 miles. The bike was not sold from the dealer until 2012! When I bought it off the guy with the original title with 1 mile on it, it said the date of sale which was 2012. I have no idea why it was not sold until 2012. But I do know if you call just about any dealer they will have some old stock still, as bikes don't sell out every year.

I bought my 2006 cbr600rr from grace performance in 2009 brand new. I still have that bike and the original title. It does happen.

mmm I just let go an 05 GSXR 600 with less miles for 4k Its just not a bike kind of yr. Great looking bike though

Yeah, I wouldn't go that low. I keep getting offers for trades, and a couple for 6,000. I will just hold onto it. Just sold my Honda today for 5200. It had 15k miles and was a 2006. This is the last of my 3 bikes. I just hate to see them sitting in the garage when I cannot ride.

yea, its all worth the price, but sitting till next yr will only let the price fall, besides it being another yr older. Still time in the riding season so you never know, that one guy or gal might be looking for that color and yr model

The only thing I can offer is an old Katana. I've been itching for something better but it's just not in the finances.

6000 firm Next weekend its getting put up until next season for sale. Surgery on the 23rd wont be able to move it around or push it for a while after that
