Saw the car he lives 1 mile from me... The car is super clean. Interior was very clean but the rims were banged up.. Not in love with the color but solid car

So i brought my wife with me to look at that TA and now we are at coney eating talking about the car and whether I should wait and get what I really want or settle on a ws6 or an SS for 10-12k and drive it for 2 years... Then out of no where a orange with black stripe MINT 1969 z28 camaro drives right into the lot and parks just outside the window! Is this a sign??? FML!

Yeah the good ol FML is something that was in order, However the old ones are a blast, I have had plenty of old carb'ed cars and I would not go back after the LS1 power and upgrades available. I hate messing around with my cars everytime I drive them, The other problem is the old ones always need something, the metal can hide rust or issues, thats why I went 4th gen and I couldnt be happier. Pre-child I had time to play whenever but post child I just want hit the key and go

What planet is this guy on??? First of all, that car is gorgeous. I love the hood, and I dont usually like "new" vette wheels on 4th gens but that car pulls it off NICELY.

12.50@113 with 468hp with and intake and a hot cam? NONE OF THAT makes any damn sense lol

None of it makes any sense. A cammed LS car should not be going 12.50s. A small gm hot cam isn't gonna make anywhere near 400hp. Hell not even 380.

if you add all the bolts on up like the mustang guys have been known to do it adds up. They dont look at over lap from previous bolt ons lol

if the old ones are done right....they need less work then the newer cars. In all honesty, I'd rather have a 1st gen over a 4th or 5th gen any day.

Are you talking about Larry (OIF1VET)? Hes the only one i can think of with black paint on the hood of a pewter WS6....
