Thanks for uploading some pictures. Not too much help with the pricing of a vehicle with your characteristics. Hopefully someone else can get you a good estimate!

Just to give you an idea of price, I bought my '94 Formula with 158k on the odometer, had some engine issues, like a bad oil leak (needed an oil pan), and it runs just like you describe yours, but body was rust-free, interior was clean and seats were in excellent condition, and I paid $2200 for it. Admittedly, that's on the low end, but id start around $2750 and take the first offer you get over $2k. That's about the best you could hope for from that car, it needs the trifecta, interior, exterior, and mechanical work. It just really isn't worth a whole lot.

This auto isnt. I slapped my M/T et streets on it earlier and it launched harder then any 6 speed car ive ever seen.

Front end didnt come off the ground but the front shocks sure were fully extended.

Might want to start saving your pennies for an upgraded rear end if you plan on launching on sticky tires too many times. . . Ford 9" or GM 12 bolt come to mind. . .

Craigslist for $3k or best offer, don't go a dollar under what you have to get for it. It sucks to have to sell a car like that, I've been there, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Will be nice to get out from under that payment though.

I was considering doing the same with my Malibu, selling it for exactly what I owe on it, but I need to be able to replace it with something, so I'm stuck paying for it for another several months at least.

Best of luck with the sale, if I had the cash, I'd pick it up in a heartbeat, just to have another car to tinker with, but no space and no cash, unfortunately.

Rip the trans out of it and put together a 6 speed swap kit and theres 1700-2000 right there.

                      Then part the rest

Pedals, slave, flywheel, clutch, trans, bell housing, starter, flywheel,
                          Cross member, driveshaft, center console,

Im not sure if im forgetting anything. But if i am im sure someone
                          Will chime in.

But thats a good chunk of change. I think the wiring to the trans also.

It plugs in by the pcm i believe

You're only forgetting the clutch master cylinder. But you don't need a different drive shaft, starter or wiring to do a swap. But I would sell it all as a bundle
                            For a painless swap.

Thats what i would do too. Just to make sure who ever buys it
Has a easy install and isnt hunting for parts. Cause some of these are really hard to find
                              In working shape

If you do decide to part it out id be interested in the tensioner pully
