  • looking to trade my 93 hardtop z for a 6 speed

    I've got a 93 z28, I'm looking to trade for a 6 speed.

From what I've seen its very rare for this year to have the hardtop option because the hardtop car wasn't very desireable in 93

Here's a craigslist link with all info.

Would consider other vehicles but I'm really looking for a 6 speed camaro that's stock, maybe has a few mods.

But I'd love a nice auto trans am with leather, t tops and the ram air hood. Doesn't need to have the high rise hatch.

Numbers in the ad. If you click the link and its dead pm me or text

I do have a t top conversion kit for 150$ or will come with the car for a nice offer. Along with every spare part I have if wanted. Have 5 or 600$ in extra spare parts.

with the way cars are selling these days it might be easier to do an M6 swap and then maybe your brand new A4 trans will cover some of the cost.
    just a suggestion. Goodluck!

I've had a couple factory t top 93 cars. Rpo codes checked out with the removable glass panels.

Been trying to find a 6 speed for awhile just found one.for 800$ with everything I need besides the console plate and clutch setup

T-top cars in 93 were very rare. Most of them were hardtops.

and I agree with the above, would be easier to turn this car into what you want than try to find someone who has the car you want, and wants to trade for the one you have. . .

Or sell outright and buy the car you want. I don't see you finding exactly what you are looking for in a straight trade.

Yeah I wouldn't mind getting a 6 speed that's alittle beat up and needs work. I prefer it to be hardtop. But t top too is ok.

Really looking for any kind.of.ls1 car wrecked and repairable. Or something.like that. Just nothing with ass end damage.

when the 4th gen camaro was released, the hard top is all that was available. T-tops became available halfway through the production year. Unfortunately, hard tops are not "rare" by any means, sorry.

If you're planning on selling it why bother with a t-top swap?
It seems undesirable IMO to have a car someone cut the roof out of.
You should be able to tell if it has a higher stall torque converter pretty easily.
                      Test the stall speed. http://www.freeasestudyguides.com/to...tall-test.html
People will want facts not "I think this may be done".
You'll be better off $$$ wise to just buy what you need to put a T56 in your car and sell your auto stuff.

800 is a good deal. If say jump on that deal. And you should only have to pay 200 ish + your clutch and everything to build the car you want
But goodluck finding a m6 console unless you settle for a LT1 camaro style one, those are pretty easy to find. I looked for weeks for the 97+ m6 style and then Joel told me he's got one. So DIBS. Lol
