Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
Very cool...and one of the more interesting pics is the shot of the driveshaft loop and driveshaft...anybody else ever seen a rotor and caliper used to slow down the driveshaft?
That has to just be for show...it can't add much (if any) functionality...the reactive forces traveling through the drivetrain would be destructive...
I WANT NOISE! SPEED! AN ENGINE THAT SHAKES MY INTERNAL ORGANS LIKE THEY GOT PARKINSON'S! I DONT WANT AN ENGINE THAT IS PARTIALLY POWERED BY MY LAPTOP BATTERY!

I think it is because I take it in and out all the time, the rubber has just stretched out, especially at the bottom where it is really thin. It annoys me more then anything.
That is awesome!! Yea I have seen the brake on the driveshaft loop before. They have had those on the NASCAR cars for a while now. Not too sure about how well they work but it is def. interesting!

They do that on hardcore offroad trucks and rock buggies all the time. Has to do with the weight of the tires and such. You can get a lot more breaking power with a lot smaller brake setup if you do it before the rearend.

Thats part of there rear brakes, monster tucks use them too, next time you see them on tv watch for it, there usually glowing red hot, see sparks flying from them sometimes.
That would be so cool to have. Very bad ass when you run down the features list.
Side note: Wonder how often youd get pulled over though?
