The way we left it, on October 4 in a PM, you said you were going to contact B about how to get the money to him. If you've already taken care of that, then my guess is that B doesn't have everyone else's money yet. It may be time for a reminder, or it may be time to just run with what we've got -- everyone else will just have to wait until the next order.
