PRORAC1 REintroduction, lol

Ive been away for a while, so I figured id give anybody who cares an update on what ive been doing. Besides delivering groceries...........lots of groceries and being a dad, heres what ive been up to.











That's the cliffs notes of the build. Spent most of last year driving it all over and am getting ready to do some racing this season.

The Camaro hasn't changed a bit. Took me and the family across the Mackinaw bridge on vacation last year and got 25 mpg doing it. Had a ball. Eric L

And heres a future project. This is my son Jasons 1965 Plymouth Valiant 2 door sedan. He bought it with his own money and we got it running and stopping the first weekend. We will get to it.............eventually, lol.

Welcome back! I took my car across the bridge last summer too for st ignace, was a great time!

I parted out the big block chevy in the Valiant. The block was pretty well thrashed, and rather than buy an aftermarket block, I just decided to change gears and try the LS thing.

And The Camaro WAS procharged, but I took that off a few years ago and sold it, to concentrate on the Valiant and not break shit that didn't need breaking, lol. Eric L

The ride across the bridge was pretty cool. We drove all the way up there, ALL over the UP, and all the way back. We hit ST Ignace, Walts bear farm, Souix ST Marie, and the mystery spot. It was pretty cool and the AC blew ice cold the whole way.

LS1 computer conversion. This went fairly well, but I might be PMing you with questions when it wont fire, lol.
Working on hiding coil packs down low

Working A/C and all the comforts of home.

This is designed to be a stupid street car. Power everything, no cage, just a stupid fun street car................That hes taken overboard...............again. We call it project snowball, lol. Its gone WAY further that it should have, lol. Eric L

I havent done my 24x conversion yet, i tentatively decided to put that off until i do a rebuild. I'll try to help out though im reading on it in my spare time.

That engine should rip. I'm not sure how wild i want to go with mine. I want a good driving characteristic on a road course: wide power band, flat torque curve like it has now. I know i don't want anything peaky.
